She was born October 13, 1957 in Craven County, North Carolina to the late George L. Scott and Mary Murphy Scott

The Service Celebrating her Life and Legacy will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, October 9, 2021 from the Sanctuary of Virgin Hill Missionary Baptist Church.

Burial will follow service in Scott's Family Cemetery.

Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
