Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mrs. Janet Denise Dawson Beckwith, 61 of LaGrange, died on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at ECU Health Medical Center, Greenville, NC.
Denise was born January 9, 1962, in Lenoir County to the late Leon Dawson and Nan Harper Dawson.
She leaves to cherish her husband, Devon Beckwith, two sons, Bobby Jimenez of Kinston and Antonio Dawson of California; five sisters, Bernita Dawson, Carolyn Koonce, Leona Dawson, Nancy Atkinson, Cheryl Jones all of Lagrange, NC; two brothers, Leon Dawson Jr. Lagrange, NC and Edward Hardy of Kinston, NC and 17 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews' other relatives and friends.
The Service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, September 17, 2023, from the sanctuary of the Trinity Funeral Service.
Burial will follow in the LaGrange Cemetery.
Mrs. Beckwith will lie in state one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Service of Kinston.
