Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life Mr. Melvin Burney, 64 .of 1235 Burney Town Road, Kinston, was born December 6, 1957 to the late Sarah Ann Burney died Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at his residence.

Melvin is survived by his wife, Ardeania Burney, his daughter, Theresa Moore, his son, Melvin Burney (Taneka); one sister, Terry Skinner (Melvin); one brother, Clifton McCoy (Tonya); Last living uncle, Leory Burney (Carylon) a host of grandchildren.

The service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, September 25, 2022, from the Memorial Chapel of Trinity Funeral Home.

Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.
