Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Dwight L. Hooker, 70, of 88 Vanessa C. Hooker Rd. Snow Hill, NC, died Monday , September, 12, 2022 at his residence.
Dwight Lee Hooker, nicknames “The China Man” and “Go-Go” was born on August 6, 1952 in Greene County to the late Verna Mae Smith Hooker and Roy Lee Hooker, Sr.
He will be long remembered and loved by his four children: Ashton Strong, Raleigh, NC, Gary Briggs-Hooker, Kinston, NC, Kevin Hooker, Snow Hill, NC and Vanessa K. Hooker of the home. His brother, Roy Lee Hooker, Jr.(Bessie) Kinston, NC; two sisters, Marguerite Hooker of the home and Angela H. Washington (Tony) Kinston, NC.
