I’ve a home prepared where the saints abide, Just over in the glory land;
And I long to be by my Savior’s side, Just over in the glory land.
John Wright Lawhorn , 84, of 550 Bell Town Road, Dover, "Ft. Barnwell Community" peacefully succumbed to the Lord's call, Wednesday, January 2,2019 while in the comfort of his home.
He was born on June 1,1934 in Craven County, NC to the late William Lawhorn and Pearlie Mae Kilpatrick Lawhorn.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January, 12,2019 at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow Mills Memorial Gardens with military honors.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Friday, January 11,2018 with the family present to receive friends.
The family will assemble at residence in preparation for the funeral cortege.
