Andrew Jackson Strickland Sr.,94, of 700 Biddle Rd. Dover died Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Signiture Health Care.
He was born January 25, 1925 in Craven County to the late John J. Strickland and Melissa Green.
His life’s devotion, service to God and mankind will be celebrated 1:00 PM Monday, May 27,2019 at Alum Spring COCDOC.
His mortal remains will be laid to rest in the Strickland Family Cemetery.
Deacon Strickland will lie in repose Sunday, May 26,2019 from 5 PM until 7 PM with the family present to receive friends from 6 PM until 7 PM at the church.
The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the funeral procession.
