Daniel Earl Harris ,69, of 3720 Ashbrook Dr., Wilson, NC formerly of Cove City died Sunday, November 18,2018 at Durham VA Health Care System, Durham, North Carolina. .

He was born November 23, 1949 in Craven County, NC to Alberta Tune and the late Ruben Harris, Jr.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, November 24,2018 at Bryant Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, Cove City.

Burial will follow with military honors in the White Cemetery.

The visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service with the family to receive friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Trinity Memorial Funeral Home, Kinston
