He was born July 27, 1953 in Tyronza, AK to Clover C. Bell and Mary Lee Franklin.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 5,2018 at St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, LaGrange
Burial will follow in the Lodge Hall Cemetery, Snow Hill
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Trinity Memorial Funeral Home 1276 US 258 N.,Kinston.
The family will receive friends at the residence where they will assemble in preparation for the service.
