Sam and I worked years ago @ Beaufort County DSS. He was a gently soul and always so helpful to me. I often would think about him. A great man who loved his family. Rest In Peace Sam, you will truly be missed.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Sam's passing. Sam and I worked together for years in Child Support. Sam always brightened my day and I am proud to know he was my friend. Peace be with his family
