Mr. Guion Dawson ,93, of 1330 NC Hwy 43, Vanceboro who transitioned into eternal rest in the serenity of his home on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. 

A Celebration Honoring his Life and Spirit will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, January 21, 2018 from The Sanctuary of Queen Chapel F.W.B. Church, 216 Bailey Ln, Vanceboro, 

Burial will follow in Curtis Family Cemetery.

Mr. Dawson will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
